Items must be unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@opulenceapparel.com. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

For a seamless shopping experience, Opulence Apparel allows returns within 30 days of purchase; items must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at opulenceaprl@gmail.com. Refunds, processed within 5 business days, will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Regrettably, direct exchanges are not available; for a different size or color, kindly place a new order.
